Default Calendar not displaying

In Outlook 2003 the Calendar is not displaying months, days, or the year.
The Navigation Pane is just a gray square. I can click on it but I'm not
sure what the month or day is. Any suggestions?

Have you tried detect and repair? If yes and this did not fix it, then I
would try a new mail profile.

I just ran detect and repair but still have the same problem. I tried the
new mail profile once before, but I'll try it again.
