Default HELP WITH RECURRENCES!

WHY????? Isn't this crazy? I need something to happen on the 5th weekday of
every month - do you know of a way to make it happen, Brian?

Why isn't there a "monthly" "fifth weekday" recurrence? It starts
with the "first", "second", "third", "fourth" and ends with "last"...
what happened to the "fifth" weekday?

I'll agree it's "crazy". The only solution of which I'm aware is a
commercial add-in.
