When scheduling appointments using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 there are
some people whose calendars seem to be free of any appointments but I know they have appointments. What might be causing this and how can I get it fixed so I can see their appointments? Thanks for looking. -- Cheers, John |

It may be that their free/busy options are not updating. Have them start Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy switch added to their shortcut they use to start Outlook.
