Win Server2003 Exchange2003
We have two conference rooms that have two resources for scheduling. One resource is no longer employed by us but her email is still active and forwarding to her boss. A replacement employee has been added as a resource with "Owner" permissions; however she isn't receiving the request to book the calendar. The second resource is still receiving the request but is no longer in the capacity of scheduling the room. I can not stop the emails from flowing to the incorrect persons (resource) or make the primary resource receive a request. I have removed all resources, and then added only the new resources, but she is not receiving the request. And the request still goes to the old resource. I have searched this forum, microsoft forum, and TechNet. Recap: Old resource still getting the request New resource not getting the request |
