I have a meeting rom set up as a resource and it automatically accepts
meeting requests. It does not decline if another meeting is already booked. How can I keep from double booking resources? |

If you are using Outlook 2003:
Select the TOOLS menu Select OPTIONS Select the CALENDAR OPTIONS... button Press the RESOURCE SCHEDULING... button Select the check box next to "Automatically decline conflicting meeting requests" Nikki Peterson "MB" wrote in message ...
