Default how to send a mail now. other person should recieve it next day

Hi,

I am using outlook 2003. Is it possibly to send a message which user should
recieve on a specific date and time. For example, sending greetings on
birthdays and other imp events.

Technically, since email is not a guaranteed delivery environment, no. In
practice, though, most messages arrive at their destinations. Se a reminder
on the birthdays and then the pop up, send the message. There may be a way
with added code that you can do this (see
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/skedrpt.htm), but Outlook can't do that
without modification.

You can compose the message and use the Do Not Deliver Before selection under Options in the open mail message but this is not always the most reliable, depending on your mail server.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
