Hi, I would appreciate any help with the following questions:
1. I am a delegate for my manager and anytime I need to reschedule or cancel a meeting of hers, there seems to be no options for that when I click on the meetings from her calendar. Is this because i did not originally set them up? Sometimes she just wants to change the time and it requires that I send a new meeting request because I cannot cancel it or send an update. Consequently, this means the attendee's calendars are not updated and it creates confusion. 2. When I do a new meeting request from my boss' calendar, I need to copy her to the message otherwise she will not get the notice-is there any way around this? 3. If I send a new meeeting request from my mailbox for my boss it seems like I can track the meeting responses better than if I send it from my boss' mailbox-is this correct? It seems I do not get the "tracking" button option if I send it from her mailbox. Thanks for your help |
