I have to share my outlook calendar (Office 2007) with fellow employees, but
I don't want them to see my personal appointments. If I mark my appointments as private, my fellow employees still can see the appointment as" Private Appointment". I want that they won't be able even to see these labels "Private Appointment". There should be an option in Calendar to hide completely some items in calendar. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
