as office coordinator I have permissions that allow me to access our 3
meeting room calendars to make corrections/delete meetings scheduled by others. I sometimes book meetings in those meeting rooms through my calendar for myself and for others. The problem that crops up is the failure of the meeting room calendar to decline a meeting that conflicts with one I've scheduled previously. This only happens to meetings that I've booked, through my own calendar. If anyone else has booked a meeting that conflicts with a later request Outlook will decline the later meeting. Any ideas how to fix this? IT here hasn't figured out how but thinks it has something to with the permissions I have to access the meeting room calendars and Outlook treating it like my personal/default calendar, which does allow conflicts be booked. Thanks. |
