Default New Meeting Request

When I create a new meeting requestion in Outlook the default start/end time
is Monday instead of the actuall day I'm creating the meeting. (e.g. I create
a meeting on Wednesday for a Friday and when I open the new meeting request
window the start/end time is Monday). When other people at work create, the
start/end time shows as the current day.

thanks
