Calendar events
I have observed my Outlook calendaring system place an event on a calendar
prior to the event actually being accepted. Currently I do NOT have these profiles automatically accept/reject requests for reasons too numerous to mention. My question is WHY the event shows up on the calendar BEFORE it has been accepted? Dave French

Calendar events
Because Outlook has a feature, enabled by default, to automatically accept meeting requests with a status of tentative.
