calendar drops information
After I enter a lot of information, the calendar drops existing information.

You responded to my other posting. It keeps dropping either the very top row or the very bottom row. I have 12 rooms at the motel. I am setting each one up on a separate row as a reoccuring appointment. I then go into a specific day and date and enter the existing reservations I have from a day planner I have. Once I get about 3/4 of the reservations entered, it will all of a sudden just drop all of the top row (Room #1) (all information) or the bottom row (Room #12) (all information). I thought that maybe it is just too much information. I tried going to data file management and setting up a larger file and then importing the information from the calendar. That worked but then the same thing happened when I got about 3/4 of the reservations entered. Thank you.
