Default Appointment Time

I realise that this is an old post but I just wanted to thank Bill for the
link. I too had this problem and have scoured the internet for the answer.
His post was the only one that I found with the solution. Thanks again!

Is there a possibly link here?

Certainly. See this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931667/en-us
