Default how do I put a meeting on a users calendar directly, without an em

I am looking for a way to add a calendar event to multiple users calendars
without them getting an calendar request that they need to accept. I want to
just force the event onto the users calendar. Any help with this would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff
