Is there a way to get my task due dates to display on my calendar without
putting them there manually? Thanks |

they can display beside the Calendar in the TaskPad. If you have 2003, View
TaskPad to turn it on. Then right click the column header of the TaskPad to customise it to show the Due Date. -- Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook Outlook trainer and author of Productiv_IT with Outlook www.acorntraining.com.au "Kingry" wrote in message ... Thanks for the reply. I have that on now but I'd rather have them show up on
the due date in the calendar rather than beside the calendar. I think it would be easier to plan my workday if they were actually in the calendar. It doesn't work that way. Calendar items exist in the Calendar and Tasks
exists as Tasks and can be shown in the TaskPad and the Tasks folder. If you use Start Date as well as Due date, try setting the TaskPad to show Active Tasks for Selected Days and then they begin to show on their Start Date and go Red the day after Due date.
