Sort appointments using categories in the Day/week/month view
I am trying to sort appointments in Outlook by date, region, and location
using categories but I want to view it as a calendar (day/week/month). Please help.

Sort appointments using categories in the Day/week/month view
Use View-Arrange By-to get to a customized view where you can set criteria
for what is displayed. However, I don't think the results will be what you want. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Sort appointments using categories in the Day/week/month view
make sure to try out the Define Views function that you'll see on the very
