When I connect to another person's calendar I see a clock icon on some of the
entries. What does that mean? What does the symbol stand for? |

Begining or end time shown as clocks = an option under other settings.

Milly thanks for the reply. I don't see this option setting specifically.
Under the Options section, I selected Calendar Options. Is it part of the Planner Options button. That button shows two sections, Meeting Planner and Group Schedule. Which of these check boxes controls whether a clock is represented or not? Is it controlled by the person who set up the group calendar? Thanks. Right click in a day view of your calendar and select Other Settings. You will find the option there.
