Default save as web page template

I would like to change the default look of the calendar webpage to the save
as web page function in Outlook 2003.

so our organization can simply save a calendar as webpage and ftp the files
to a website but would like the format that outlook uses initially to be
changed as they have no html experience, and cant change it easily once it is
saved
