Why do I get a long list of tasks that I'm to do next month when my today's
tasks appear with my calendar? I want what I see to be what I print!

For the taskpad to print today's tasks, you need to change the TP view to Active Tasks for Selected Days.

Thank-you for your reply. However, I tried your suggestion and it doesn't
change how the darn thing prints- what I see on the task pad next to my
calendar is fine, but what prints is completely different- it prints all
kinds of tasks that are scheduled for future months!
