I accidentally scheduled 2 meeting resources (conference rooms) for 1
meeting, and sent the invitation. What's the best way to remove the wrong meeting resource? |

As the organizer, open the meeting on your calendar and remove the conference room not needed. Close it and you should be prompted to only send the update to the resource.

I did open the meeting and I deleted the conference room not needed. However,
when I closed the meeting I was not prompted to send an update to the resource. Did I "remove" it the wrong way by deleting? No, but have you checked the resource to see if it has been cancelled? (what versions of Outlook and Exchange are we using here, by the way?)

The version is Outlook 2003. I did check the resource and the meeting still
appeared on its calendar. And, of course, I could not delete it manually. "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: No, but have you checked the resource to see if it has been cancelled?
