Default Use weeks in Outlook

Hello Microsoft

Why does Outlook not support weeks when I write appointment in my calendar?
I like could write following in my calendar:

Day: Monday
Subject: Organisation
Message: Read page 10-54
Week: 2, 4, 8-12, 14
Location: 108
Time: 8:15-10:00

Outlook can find date from day and week (Monday in week 44 is 30 October). I
hope Outlook will support weeks in the future.
