Default Outlook calendaring not refreshing on first try.

Our environment consist of exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 on windows xp. I
have one issue when I open a share calendar for this one particular user no
entries are shown. I then open up another share calendar from another user
and reopen the calendar of the person having the issue and all entries show
up.

Any ideas? Thanks!
