Default Is this possible with exchange and outlook

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if it would be possbile to setup a calendar for "customers",
assign staff time to the "customers", and then have exchange auto create the
staff's calendars according to the times enterned into the "cusomers"
calendar?

Thanks
