When she opens her calendar, there are events, but she cannot accept, edit, delete, nothing... she can look but not touch???? I have this same issue with one of my users. It is the default calendar and
she is able to edit any shared calendars she has access to. I have done everything short of reinstalling Office. Outlook 2003 SP2 on Exchange.
