What do they want to change it to? The only thing you can change is the name
on shared calendars - http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2005/20050809.htm

Default Outlook Calendar Name

Users want to change the current name "calendar" to reflect their own name.
For example currently my calendar in outlook is called "calendar" and I would
want to change that to Marni Beach. I would also be interested in knowing how
to change the name on shared calendars. Thank you.

you can't edit the name of your own calendar and you can't edit the names of
the shared calendars - but if the shared calendar is shown as just
"Calendar" the url I posted shows how to make it say "User's Calendar".
