Hi,
some of our users experience the strange problem when sending a meeting request to an external recipients- once the meeting request is accepted, the recipient's name appears multiple times in Attendee List (anywhere from 2 to 10 times) -some instances are shown as Required others as Optional. Message tracking in Exchange shows only one message from recipient, meeting is not updated or modified in any way, sometimes the number of instances of a name "grow" up with time -at first it shows 2 names, then few minutes later- 3 or 4. It makes no difference if request is sent to one person or multiple- always the same person's name appears in the list several times. It happens only when particular user send a meeting request to another particular user, happens to few users only, recipients are from different external domains, all organizations run Exchange 2003, happens in both Outlook and OWA. So far we have not identified if problem is related to our Exchange server or recipient's server. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! |
