How can I copy info to another (shared) calendar?
I work in a large organization. I have access to about 10 calendars.
Sometimes there are meetings that I need to put on all of these calendars - but I'm not the organizer of the meeting or event. (don't ask... I can't get all these gazillion employees to use their calendars correctly... if they did the "make a meeting" like they should I wouldn't have to do this - but they don't & I'm not their boss so I can't make them, hehehe) How can I put this info on all these calendars quickly? Thanks for any help you can offer  Meenie
