Does anyone know how to set up an additional tag under the "show time as" in
the appointment tab of calendaring? Right now there's "free, busy, tentative, out of office". I'd like to create a green-colored one for "projects" |

I like it though!! That's a good way to block time for Quadrant II work -
important but not (yet) urgent. I'm trying to set up a group calendar (Group Schedule). However, while
testing this, new entries that people have added are not showing. I've verified that these people are online. Any ideas? I'm not able to open a new dialog box, so I'm replying to this.
