Default Appointment Sending Error

When we send an appointment to additional attendees, the notification appears
as text (VBA language type of appearance) and does not allow the other person
the option of accepting/declining the appointment, nor does it populate their
calendar. We are using a Gaggle email system district wide. Any
suggestions?
