If you want to see all recurrences, view and print using the Day/Week/Month view.

2. How do I view/print by labels in Outlook?

Use the By Category view to view/print as a table, or create a filtered day/week/month view for each category.

Your manager (not you), needs to make you a delegate and turn on the option to have responses and requests sent only to you. Once that's done, you can create meetings in your manager's calendar and invite other people to them.
