In Outlook 2003 when I printed a Calendar the weekends were combined in a
single column. In Outlook 2007 they are separate days. Is it possible to combine weekend days into a single column when printing in Outlook 2007? -- Cheers, John |

This was an option in Outlook 2003 to "Compress Weekend Days". This is a
screen and printing "real-estate" issue, and I am sure they didn't delete the code which made that possible. I know as more and more people start using 2007, the same question is going to come up. Can someone who knows how to do this in 2007, please respond to one of the threads requesting a "how-to?" It would also probably be a good idea to add the answer to the on-line help. Thanks, -Russ "happydude" wrote: In Outlook 2003 when I printed a Calendar the weekends were combined in a single column. In Outlook 2007 they are separate days.
