I am trying to clear space in my Outlook 2003 Inbox, and I have a 3Mb
recurring meeting notice from another user. There appear to be no attachments when I look in column view. The meeting notice has 5 lines of text and a hyperlink. There are 70 attendees listed and the recurrence is weekly with no end date. Under Files/Properties, the size is 3Mb with 33 included files. I suspect these 33 included files may be the problem, but I can’t find anything about them. Any ideas on ways to reduce the size of this meeting notice? Thanks. |
