Hi all,
I am running Outlook XP with an Exchange 2003 server and I am trying to print out a meeting request in the memo view. I would like to see all the attendees, meeting room, date, time, etc. One attendee canceled so I deleted him from the attendee list. I did not send an updated appointment since there was no need to (I thought). Now when I go to do a revised printout of the meeting request, I still see the attendee I deleted in the list. Is there a way I can stop him from appearing since he isn't even on the meeting request list when I open the meeting instance in Outlook? Should I have sent a meeting update? Any help with be appreciated. Thanks! Lauren M |
