Default multi user or shared calender

we are using 3 machines in my workplace and wish to share the outlook
calender as we use it for all of our appointments, If someone could please
explain how to do this if it can be done would be greatly appriceated.

Also one of the machines runs outlook 2000 and the others are on outlook
2003, will this pose a problem?

any help would be great

Default multi user or shared calender

Hi Lee,

do you have an Exchange Server installed. The standard software to share
Outlook is an Exchange Server, but you will need a dedicated hardware server
and a Windows Server Software.

If you donīt have an Exchange Server and if you donīt want to purchase an
Exchange Server, here are some sites with 3rd Party solutions:
