Default Sync Outlook Calendar with Lotus Notes Calendar via I-Notes

Does anybody know whether there is an opportunity to sync Outlook with Notes
at least or the Outlook Calendar with I-Notes? I am looking for a clever
small tool...! Thanks very much!
