Default calendar import

Hello,

I just imported and excel spreadsheet with calendar events on it to my
outlook 2003. I am not able to open the calendar once imported. I notice
that there is a number 2 (in parenthesis) right next to the calendar icon on
the pane taskbar on the outlook 2003 window. I have two questions, How do I
delete the extra calendar (duplicated)n that I imported and where do I need
to look for so I can see the events I imported?

I hope I make sense.

Thanks,

Vanessa

What happens when you try?

That means the folder has two items that are marked unread. YOu can use the Edit | Mark All as Read command to get rid of that annoyance.

How do I
delete the extra calendar (duplicated)n that I imported

Right-click it in the folder list or Calendar navigation pane and choose Delete.

where do I need
to look for so I can see the events I imported?

Look in your default Calendar folder or the folder that you imported them to.
