I keep getting the message below every time I open my Outlook 2003. Any
suggestions, connecting to Exchange Server 2003??? Thank you. "There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear. cannot locate recurrence information for the appointment." -- Thanks, Dan |

Try opening Outlook using a switch:
The command line looks like: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe " /CleanReminders Note: Paths that include spaces between words must be enclosed in quotation marks (") and are case sensitive. OL2003: Command-Line Switches by Microsoft Office Assistance: http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/as...031101033.aspx Below are the switches that I suggest you try: a.. /CleanReminders - Cleans and regenerates reminders. b. /CleanFreeBusy - Cleans and regenerates free/busy information. Please write back and let me know if this helped you. Nikki Peterson "Dan Ramirez" wrote in message ... I keep getting the message below every time I open my Outlook 2003. Hi Nikki,
The suggestions did not work for me. But I was able to resolve issue, by listing all my re-occuring meetings and opening one by one until I found the problem meeting. I then deleted the problme meeting and error message went away. I appreciate the help, thank you. -- Thanks, Dan "Nikki" wrote: Try opening Outlook using a switch: The command line looks like: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe " /CleanReminders Note: Paths that include spaces between words must be enclosed in quotation marks (") and are case sensitive. I was getting crazy with this problem also, and tried everything, until manually walking through all my recurrent meetings, and deleting the problematic ones.
