If so, why does Outlook allow you to add the seventh appointment if it won't allow you to show all seven of the appointments? Do you really have six appointments all for the same time? How do you attend them all. I don't have any other suggestions. If changing screen resolution or the size of the window does not affect what you see, I can't suggest anything else.
