Default Changing the default view in Outlook Calender

If you change to the month view, Outlook should remember.

What if it doesn't remember, which is what is happening with my bosses in
Outlook 2003.

I'd try a new mail profile then. New profiles cure a world of Outlook
ailments.

We do not use Outlook for email at all, so unfortauntly, I am not exactly
sure what this means. Currently Outlook installed locally and the .PST file
is in the user's files on a network drive.

Outlook can't run without a mail profile. See if this helps:
