I am also having this problem with a user that I support and also in the
Calendar folder. I have Outlook 2003 SP2 as well however I have tried using Outlook XP and even the old Exchange 5.0 client. All show the unread messages in Calendar but they are not there. If you mark all the messages as unread, the unread count will then exceed the total item count for the folder by the previous unread count. Any assistance is appreciated. "Piet Van Kerckhove" wrote: Dear, this is not about a public folder but my account calendar. Also your proposed resolution says that I have to install SP2 of office 2003 but i'm already running this SP. Sombody any other ideas? THANKS! However there isn't one unread. Rigth clicking and mark all as unread doesn't work. Advanced search to unread calendar items hasn't a result. The command line reset switches doesn't work. Even when I use our company webmail I see an unread calendar item I search a lot on the net, finding the same problem, but not finding a working resolution? Does anyone have a resolution for the problem? info: Outlook 2003 Exchange 2003 |
