Default Migrating from POP3 to Internet MSN

I want/need to move my Calendar from my POP3 Account to the new account I am
using with MSN Butterfly -
The "system" says I cannot create a sub folder in this area -
How can I mover or duplicate my entries from the POP3 to MAPI?
