Sharing 1 Calendar when you own multiple calendars

The admin in our team monitors multiple calendars, including a team calendar.
When we moved to Outlook 2003, she can no longer grant employees access to
the team calendar without giving us access to ALL of her calendars. How do
we resolve this?

I suggest that the team calendar's contents be moved to a Public Folder
Calendar - then you can set the permissions for each user.
