When we schedule a meeting in Office2003 Outlok and invite attendees from the
Global Address book, the atteendees calendar is grayed out. We have Exchange 2000. When we hold the mouse over the 'grayed out' Calendar the following information window appears: "No information - No free/busy information could be retrieved" We used to have this working well, but could this be caused by a virus, which was detected on our network? We also have Symantec Mail Security Installed on our Exchange Server. Appreciate any input on this, since it causes allot of irritation from all our employee. |
