Calendar Printing Assistant (CPA) for Microsoft Outlook 2007
I maintain my calendar and my supervisors calendar. My supervisors calendar
is also maintained by a colleague. The majority of the appointments in my supervisors calendar show up twice when using the Calendar Printing Assistant and when you print from Outlook 2007 it will only show one line from the scheduled appointment on weekly and monthly print outs, however when you print just the day it will show all of the lines of information from each meeting. Help would be greatly appreciated!
