Default Auto accept agent not removing deleted meeting

Hello
Have a scenario where a user creates a meeting request , invites the
resource and person, can send an update and the meeting gets moved but
when she deletes the meeting from her calendar and chooses not to send
an update , the meeting still stays in the resource calendar further
she is not able to delete the m,eeting from the calendar even though
she is still the organizer. Is this normal functionality for the AAA
