I had the same problem. When I would send an all day appointment to a user,
they would receive it, however, their time was 3 hours ahead. I also checked our time zone and they matched. Then, I opened up Outlook Options, ToolsOptions, and clicked the Calendar Options button. I discovered their calendar work week was Monday through Friday, while my calendar work week was Sunday through Saturday. Once I changed that, it seemed to work fine. I am using Outlook 2003. I have PST checked on outlook with daylight savings time enacted. Out of the ten firms involved in these meetings, two of our firms are having this same issue. I must stress we both are using daylight savings time correction so this is not the problem |
