Default Recuring Appointments are 1hr late

I have a user that has access to 3 users calendars and she says "for March
11 - April 4 all of the items showing up late are recurring appointments".
This happened to the calendars for 2007 during approximately the same time
period as another users calendars...is there any way to figure out what he
problem is?
