Outlook 2007 shared calendar with reminders to several people
Is it possible in Outlook 2007 to have a shared calendar eg a resource
booking calendar and have reminders go to several people?

with Exchange Server or without? With Exchange Server it is possible to share e.g your calendar with others: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...111491033.aspx Without Exchange Server some 3rd party Outlook sharing solutions: http://www.publicshareware.com/publi...scription.html http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm Office Marketplace Outlook messaging tools: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ma...719621033.aspx Reminder funtion with Exchange and without Exchange: A reminder function wouldn´t work for the other users who can share your calendar. A reminder only work for you in your Mailbox and for your calendars not for "Public Folders". You will need additional software.
