Double click the appointment in your calendar view and hit the delete button
in the toolbar. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After furious head scratching, MaureenP asked: | I have a recurring appointment set up in Outlook with no end date. I | want to get rid of all occurrences but can't seem to find a way to do | it!
