Why do I loose colors(labels) on Outlook when I synch?

Default Why do I loose colors(labels) on Outlook when I synch?

When I synch my handheld (Palm T/X) with Outlook, I loose the color labels on
the Outlook Calendar. Any diea why?

They (the coloured lables) disappear in Outlook. The events/appointments
etc. transfer fine.

No, it's set to "Synchronize the files".
